In this paper, a homemade measuring head installed on ordinary vernier caliper, without destroying the premise of vernier caliper, can accurately measure the parts in all kinds of narrow groove, deep groove of the diameter of the solution.

, these parts groove structure caused the common measuring tool is difficult to obtain accurate measurements of problem, the standard of groove width vernier caliper, foot is too big, can't deep groove, so oneself to carry on the transformation of ordinary vernier caliper, design special detachable type measuring head, very good solve the problem.
