Take an oil sample to see if there is any change in the color of the oil, and perform a test to see if it has deteriorated. If deterioration is confirmed, the machine should be shut down and replaced with new oil.

(2) Check the installation of the bearing to ensure that the matching tolerances between the bearing and the shaft, the bearing outer ring and the end cover are appropriate, and avoid friction and heat caused by being too tight or too loose.

4. Check equipment vibration:

Check whether the equipment has excessive vibration problems, such as poor coupling alignment process that does not meet the requirements, dynamic and static imbalance of the rotor, etc. These problems may cause the bearing to heat up.

Bearing selection should be appropriate to avoid bearing heating caused by improper selection.
