Pay attention to the selection and control of the tolerances of the shaft and bearing chamber; after the bearing is pressed into the bearing, it should rotate flexibly without any sense of hindrance. If there is obvious rotational inflexibility, it means that the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance needs to be reduced. If there is an obvious "sandy" feeling after the bearing is pressed into the shaft and turned by hand, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, when controlling the tolerances of the shaft and bearing chamber, the roundness must also be controlled. At present, many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance and do not control the roundness.
Pay attention to the assembly method of the bearing; because the bearing is a high-precision product, improper assembly can easily cause damage to the bearing groove and cause damage to the bearing. The bearing should have a special mold when assembling it, and cannot be knocked at will. When the shaft is pressed into the shaft, it can only bear force in a small circle, and when it is pressed in a large circle, it can only bear force in a large circle. It is required to use air pressure or hydraulic pressure during installation. The upper and lower molds must be in a horizontal state during press installation. If there is any tilt, the bearing channel will be damaged due to stress, causing the bearing to produce sound.
Pay attention to prevent assembly of foreign matter; when the bearing is installed on the rotor for dynamic balancing, it is easy for the iron filings generated during dynamic balancing to enter the inside of the bearing, so we] need to perform dynamic balancing before installing the bearing. In order to facilitate assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease in the bearing chamber to achieve lubrication effect during assembly. However, it is often difficult for the operator to control the oil or grease well. If there is a lot of oil or grease accumulated in the bearing chamber, it will be very difficult for the bearing to rotate when it rotates. It is easy to enter the inside of the bearing along the shaft. The bearing chamber does not need to be coated with oil or grease. If it must be applied, it must be controlled so that there is no accumulation in the bearing chamber.
Pay attention to prevent paint rust; because the acidic substances volatilized from the insulating paint form corrosive substances under certain temperatures and humidity, they will corrode the bearing grooves and cause damage to the bearings. So now we can only choose good insulating paint, ventilate it after drying and assemble it after a period of time.
Pay attention to keeping the bearings clean; even small dust invisible to the eye can have a bad impact on the bearings. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the surrounding area clean to prevent dust from invading the bearing, especially foreign matter. Foreign matter and dust must be prevented and kept clean.
Pay attention to the use of appropriate operating tools; whether during installation or disassembly, we must use appropriate tools and avoid replacing them with existing tools to prevent injury. Bearings are important components, so you must be careful when using them. Do not give the bearings strong impact, which will cause scars and indentations, causing accidents. In severe cases, cracks and breaks may occur, so care must be taken.
