5. Load capacity
The load capacity of the outer spherical ball bearing is the same as that of the deep groove ball bearing and the calculation method of the equivalent load is the same as that of the deep groove ball bearing (see page 4).Its axial load capacity depends on the inner ring and bearing firmness, generally should not be greater than 20% of its rated load, when the axial load is large, should be on the shaft to add a sturdy device, such as the shaft shoulder.
6. Installation guidance
When installing the outer spherical ball bearing with seat, put the bearing sleeve on the shaft, first firmly fix the bearing seat on the supporting surface, and then fasten the bearing on the shaft.The method of bearing and shaft fastening is as follows: for the outer spherical ball bearing with set screws, use the inner hexagon screw wrench to lock the two set screws on the bearing width inner ring in place.For the outer spherical ball bearing with eccentric fastening sleeve, tighten the eccentric sleeve on the eccentric platform of the bearing inner ring along the rotation direction of the shaft, and then tighten the setting screw on the eccentric sleeve with an inner hexagon screw wrench.
