Flow to the transmission oil too much;

If there is an oil supply pressure is too low, should first check the oil level: if the oil level is lower than the lowest scale, should add oil;
If the oil level is normal, should check into and out of the tubing leaks, if there is oil, should be ruled out.
If into and out of the tube seal is good, should monitor the performance of the inlet and outlet pressure valve, pressure valve at the inlet and outlet of the if not closed, and should be removed, check the parts on the crack or scars, oil and the oil hole was clear, and the spring stiffness is smaller, found that the problem should be resolved in a timely manner.
If the pressure valve is normal, should remove the tubing or mesh for inspection.
If there are any jam, should be clean and clear the sediment;
Such as tubing, need to check the hydraulic pump, replace the hydraulic pump when necessary.
If the hydraulic oil foaming, should check the return pipe installation, such as the return pipe of oil level is lower than the oil level of oil pool, should install back in tubing.
3, torque converter oil torque converter oil is mainly due to the torque converter rear cover and pump wheel hard surface and pump wheel and wheel hub connecting bolts loose or hard seal due to aging or damaged.
Found the spill should start the engine, check the oil spill area.
If from the joint of torque converter and engine oil, pump impeller and pump wheel cover connecting bolt looseness or seal aging and should be replaced fastening bolts or O ring;
If from oil, torque converter and transmission joint connection pump impeller and pump wheel is loose or sealing ring is damaged, should tighten bolts or check the sealing ring;
If the spill site in filler or oil drain port location, shall check the looseness of the bolt connection, and whether there is a crack, etc.
4, machine driving low speed or inability to this kind of failure is mainly caused by the following reasons: hydraulic torque converter internal seal damage, impact the working cavity flow down;
Free wheel mechanism jammed, idler pulley atresia;
Free wheel wear failure;
Wheel blade damage;
Inlet and outlet pressure valve damage;
Hydraulic pump wear and tear, oil supply is insufficient;
Hydraulic oil level is too low;
A fault in transmission roller clutch friction.
Machine gear start, if the road is unable or slow, should first check the gear pressure gauge whether indicated pressure within the normal range, if the pressure is too low should be ruled out;
If the pressure is normal, may be free working blade wheel wear failure or damage;
Also may be transmission friction clutch fault exists, should carry on the concrete analysis and ruled out.
5, hydraulic torque converter working there are abnormal noise, the fault is mainly due to the bearing or damage to the wheel causes such as loose loose connection or connected to the engine.
