Using a dial indicator to detect slewing bearing clearance, in order to check the wear condition of bearing raceway and steel ball.

The preparation for testing.
a -
Check whether the slewing bearing installation bolt is loose.
B check the lubrication condition of slewing bearing, confirm the bearing rotation smooth, without any sound.
C the dial indicator with a magnetic table seat installed in slewing bearing outer walk below the plane.
D put is the upper slewing platform, make the movable arm in the middle of the two tracks, guide wheel in the front.
E put the dial indicator, make the stylus bottom contact with outside slewing bearing raceway.
F the bucket is empty.
