1. Remove the baffles at both ends of the motor. When removing the baffle, pay attention to the optical fiber and handle it with care to avoid damaging the optical fiber.

2. Move the walking arm gently by hand and check the guide rail slider. If the resistance is large, the guide rail slider of the walking arm needs to be cleaned. Wipe the rails with cotton cloth. After cleaning, use WD40 as an auxiliary cleaner to remove foreign matter on the edge of the guide rails.

3. After cleaning, place your hand on the edge of the guide rail and move it slowly in the same direction to check whether the guide rail is worn. When you feel burrs on your fingers, you need to check carefully. The rails may be worn. At this time, slowly push the walking arm with your hand to check whether the resistance on the slider is greater and whether the walking arm is difficult to push. When the resistance is large, the guide rail needs to be replaced immediately.

4. If there is a problem with the slider, you need to remove the baffles on both sides of the motor and gently push out the motor rotor so that the rotor slowly slides out of the guide rail. At this time, one person needs to hold down the stator of the motor to prevent the stator from moving with the rotor.

5. After separating the rotor and stator of the motor, check the guide rail, including the inner and outer edges of the guide rail and the guide rail groove, and carefully clean the gaps on the edge of the guide rail.
