2024-02-26

Recently, the New Energy Vehicle Bearing Electrical Corrosion Standards and Roadmap 3.0 Electric Drive Seminar was successfully held in Harbin through a combination of online and offline methods. This conference is hosted by the Electric Vehicle Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and hosted by Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin University of Science and Technology, and the Electric Vehicle Electric Drive System Whole Industry Chain Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. Harbin Institute of Technology is responsible for the hosting of the event by the team of Professor Cui Shumei from the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation. More than 60 people from domestic and foreign industry organizations, universities, scientific research institutions and related enterprises participated in the offline seminar.

Professor Cui Shumei, director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Advanced Power and Energy for New Energy Vehicles, expressed his sincere welcome to the experts attending the meeting and introduced the overall situation of Harbin Institute of Technology and the Provincial Key Laboratory. Associate Professor Du Bochao of Harbin Institute of Technology, as the project leader, reported on the development of the bearing electrocorrosion group standards and organized the "Effects of 800V, SiC Devices, and High Speed on Bearing Electrical Corrosion" and "Test Methods and Quantitative Evaluation Methods for Electrical Corrosion of Motor Bearings" 》Special seminar. Professor Huang Surong of Shanghai University, Wang Sibo, Director of the Electric Drive Development Department of China FAW R&D Institute, Zhou Anjian, Senior Project Director of Deep Blue Automobile, and others spoke one after another to put forward suggestions.

Guo Shuying, chief design expert of CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd., introduced the roadmap 3.0 electric drive special plan online. Regarding power electronics, relevant reports and discussions were carried out in seven sub-fields: motor controller body, power electronics integrated system, integrated power supply system, power semiconductor device, passive device, current sensor, and microprocessor. Focusing on both drive motors and electric drive assemblies, it focuses on the drive motor body, silicon steel sheets and iron cores, permanent magnets and materials, electromagnetic wires and windings, insulating materials and systems, high-speed bearings, position sensors, and pure electric drive assemblies for passenger cars. , passenger car electromechanical coupling assembly, commercial vehicle pure electric drive assembly, commercial vehicle electromechanical coupling assembly, wheel hub/wheel motor assembly, high-speed reducer, lubricant and other fields to carry out thematic content reporting and exchange discussions. Finally, Professor Huang Surong from Shanghai University summarized the meeting.

During the meeting, the participants collectively went to Harbin Institute of Technology for an on-campus visit, where they viewed the school’s outstanding achievements and contributions in the aerospace field over the years at the Aerospace Museum. Accompanied by Professor Cui Shumei and Professor Cheng Yuan, they also visited Heilongjiang Province New Energy Key Laboratory of Advanced Vehicle Power and Energy.
