Method: 1, remove the forklift truck radial steering machine, turn the steering wheel to feel heavy, you should adjust the fan forklift rack and gear, screw bearing tightness.
If feel uneven tightness or internal stuck phenomenon, you should check the screw, steel, pipe clamp, rack and bearing have short-tempered or damage.
Repair or replace if necessary.
2, turn the steering wheel to check, if feel at ease, that good steering machine interior, should check whether the drive mechanism is fit tight and poor lubrication, should be adjusted, lubrication when necessary.
