The inner ring of cylindrical roller bearing can be removed by induction heating.A method of drawing the inner ring by heating it locally in a short time.Induction heating is also used where a large number of such bearing inner rings need to be installed.

How to clean the bearing

When the bearing is removed for inspection, the appearance shall be recorded by means of photography.In addition, confirm the amount of residual lubricant and sample the lubricant before cleaning the bearing.

A. bearing cleaning is divided into rough washing and fine washing, and a metal grid can be placed on the bottom of the container used.

B. When rough washing, use the brush in the oil to remove grease or adhesive.At this time, if the bearings in the oil rotation, attention will be due to foreign bodies and other damage rolling surface.

C. During fine washing, slowly rotate the bearing in the oil and be careful.

The cleaning agent commonly used is neutral without water diesel or kerosene, according to the need sometimes also use warm alkaline solution.No matter what kind of detergent you use, always filter it to keep it clean.

Apply antirust oil or antirust grease to the bearing immediately after cleaning.

Examination and judgment

In order to determine whether the disassembled bearings can be reused, it is important to check the dimensional accuracy, rotational accuracy, internal clearance and mating surfaces, raceway surfaces, retainers and seals.Large bearings can not be rotated by hand, pay attention to check the appearance of rolling body, raceway surface, cage, retaining surface, etc., the higher the importance of the bearing, the more careful inspection.

The cause of rolling bearing heating and its elimination method

Low bearing precision: select the bearing with specified precision grade.

Spindle bending or different center of box hole: repair the spindle or box.

Poor lubrication: select the specified brand of lubrication materials and proper cleaning.

Low assembly quality: improve assembly quality.

Running around the inner shell of the bearing: replace the bearing and related worn parts.

Too much axial force: clean and adjust the clearance of sealing mouth ring between 0.2 and 0.3mm, correct the impeller balance hole diameter and check the static balance value.

Bearing damage: replace bearing.

How to keep the bearing

Bearings are coated with appropriate amount of anti-rust oil and anti-rust paper packaging, as long as the packaging is not damaged, the quality of the bearings will be guaranteed.But for long-term storage, under the condition of humidity below 65% and temperature around 20℃, it is advisable to store it on a shelf 30cm above the ground.In addition, the storage area should avoid direct sunlight or contact with cold walls.

Because the original vibration acceleration standard has not been abolished, so the standard is issued by the ministry of machinery industry standards, is the reference to the European standards combined with the actual situation and needs of our country, to test the bearing vibration speed to determine the quality of the bearing grade (equivalent to the national standard).Divided into V, V1, V2, V3, V4 five quality levels.Various ball bearing quality classes from low to high V, V1, V2, V3, V4;Roll bearings (cylinder, cone) quality grade from low to high for V, V1, V2, V3 four quality grade.
