How to use and install printing machine bearings?

Install the bearing: Gently press the bearing into the installation site to ensure a good fit between the bearing and the installation site. For a tighter fit, the heating fit method can be used for installation. An installation method that heats the bearing or housing and uses thermal expansion to convert a tight fit into a loose fit. The heating temperature is generally controlled at 80-100°C, and the heating must be uniform. After cooling, the end face of the inner ring and the shaft shoulder must be prevented from loose fit.

Adjust the bearing clearance: According to the requirements of the printing machine, adjust the bearing clearance to ensure that the bearing can operate normally.

Lubricate the bearings: After the bearings are installed, add an appropriate amount of lubricant to ensure the bearings are well lubricated.

The installation and use of printing press bearings need to follow certain specifications and operating requirements to ensure that the bearings can operate normally, extend the service life of the bearings, and improve the operating efficiency of the printing press.
