In this paper, the structure of the lower roller group was improved, ash leakage problem completely solved the lower section.

In bearing, a sealing cover straight through pressure oil cup and filling flow channel, make the lip seals and cavity is formed between VD shape rubber sealing ring, easy to inject grease.
Cavity filled with grease form of the second dust, can effectively block the dust;
Cavity filled with grease in the lower shaft rotates, between two lip seals is filled to a small amount of grease, form the third dust.
Through setting, the layers of dust is difficult to enter the bearing chamber, the reliability of sealing.

In made up of cap, bearing seat right cavity, a charging port and lubricating oil filling mouth, through filling the mouth, add lubricating oil to right chamber, make sufficient lubrication of the bearing, lubricating oil at the same time the left cavity of grease and oil seal and sufficient to prevent oil leakage.
In order to ensure the sealing is reliable, between bearing, sealing cover and the cap with sealant, prevent oil spills.

Lubricating oil and grease filling mouth are set in the interior of the shell, need add lubricating medium, usually open the door, and then accordingly after cleaning, and maintenance.
Can consider to will be loaded with mouth to the external shell, so more convenient to maintain.

Of the bearing by lubricating oil lubrication, the lubrication more thoroughly, there will be no local without lubrication, at the same time ensure good heat dissipation, can improve the service life of bearing.
Third, improve effect (

Multiple labyrinth design, can completely block the tiny dust particles into the bearing chamber.

Using oil as lubricating medium, the advantage is more, but the cap, and the end face of the bearing need to grinding, avoid oil leakage.

For ease of maintenance, filling the mouth can be through the hose, pipe joints, such as connecting, moved to the bottom shell of the external, so that maintenance, do not need to clean mouth filling, improve the efficiency of maintenance and reliability.

Lower roller components installed on the bottom inside the casing, make the lower shaft shorter, equipment structure is compact and the economy.
