The first type of fixing is the locking sleeve fixing, which relies on the compression of the radial dimension of the inner hole of the locking sleeve and the clamping on the shaft to achieve the axial fixing of the bearing inner ring.
The second fixed type is the bearing inner ring, which is fixed axially by means of shaft shoulder and interference. This type is suitable for the bearing with fixed two ends, and the bearing with simple structure and small size of outer profile.
The third type of fixation is the elastic retaining ring. The inner ring of the deep groove ball bearing is fixed by the shaft shoulder and lock nut. It can bear the small bidirectional axial load and the axial structure size is small.
The fourth type of fixation is locking nut fixation.The inner ring of deep groove ball bearing is fixed axially by shaft shoulder and lock nut.With a stop gasket to prevent loose, safe and reliable, suitable for high speed, heavy load occasions.
The fifth fixed type is the retractable sleeve. The clamping mode of the retractable sleeve is the same as that of the retractable sleeve.But the discharge sleeve has special nut, deep groove ball bearing easy to load and unload, suitable for large radial load, small axial load of double row spherical bearing fixed on the optical axis.
The sixth type of fixing is the end face thrust washer. This method is to fix the inner ring of deep groove ball bearing by the shaft shoulder and the shaft end retainer.The shaft end retainer shall be fixed on the shaft end with a screw. The fixing screw shall have an anti-loose device, which is suitable for the occasions when the shaft end is not suitable for cutting threads or space limitation.
