Our company built and put into production in 2010 of a 4800 t/d clinker production line.
Raw system adopts ATOX50 roller mill for raw meal preparation, since put into production, the production system runs stably.
In July 2017 to September, in the production of raw meal system will occasionally chain roller lubricating oil station system failure downtime, raw lead to system is severely affected.
Through the analysis of screening for many times, found a solution, this paper give a brief introduction to this, for your reference.
1 fault condition and the reason analysis since July 2017, raw meal can appear vertical mill roller chain lubricating oil station fault outage, boot after natural returned to normal, normal operation after a period of time may still happen the same failure phenomenon.
Fault happens, the roller will report to the police station control system touch screen 'M02C61 response error, mean for 2 # oil motor commands and feedback signal does not match.
Preliminary analysis that the reasons for the failure, when the motor control command is issued, if the motor running within 2 s signal does not return, the motor control command to cancel the output, appear on the touch screen response error alarm information.
First run of 2 # for oil pump contactor signal auxiliary contact and pick up a pair of points, control lines fastening, run after a period of time, there are still the fault.
Then deal with motor control command output, by changing the output relay, and pick up a pair of points, and the PLC to control the relay route was also conducted tighten processing, run after a period of time still cannot eliminate the fault.
Process control through research found that the oil motor control is according to the pressure sensor on the return pipe control start-stop, after in the ceiling to achieve the set pressure, for the pump automatically stops, next to the set pressure lower limit, for the oil pump will start automatically.
Long observation at the scene of the workings of the motor oil, found that when the supply pump reaches after setting the maximum pressure, oil supply motor to stop operation, the motor stop a period of time, PLC control on the corresponding digital quantity input module 2 # for the oil pump motor running point when suddenly there was a slight 'flash' signal, that is to say, the oil motor without a startup command, motor running signal is appeared.
The field control on touch screen appeared 'M02C61 response error alarm information, and leads to specific equipment downtime.
The cause of the problem can be finally judged as when motor startup command no output, if the motor run return signal, also can produce 2 # oil motor commands and feedback signal does not match the alarm message.
2 roller lubrication system working principle of the raw meal grinding lubrication system including tanks, 3 to oil pump, oil pump, three back tank is equipped with 2 heater and a circulating pump in order to make oil temperature in the operating range, a filter to clean oil, when necessary, can through regulating valve control of cooling water in order to make the oil cooling.
Heating, circulation, cooling based on tank temperature detection device, is controlled by the control panel.
Raw meal grinding lubrication system process flow is shown in figure 1.

2 # 3 solutions for oil pump motor running signal is a digital input signal, the 24 v power line transmission process for PLC through 2 # for the oil pump motor control contactor normally open auxiliary contact after returns to the input point of DI module of PLC control system.
Analysis we can see that when there is no output motor startup command, if the motor running signal back to the PLC, PLC control system also can appear 'motor commands and feedback signal does not match the alarm information, and the reason for 2 # for the oil pump motor running signal interference exists.
The solution is to eliminate the interference, the use of shielding signal cable and the signal acquisition program filtering processing of two measures.
By changing the shielded cable for signal, after oil terminal control cabinet and reliable grounding, no malfunction alarm, completely solve the fault.
Equipment operation in the process of soft fault, fault phenomenon often catch in it somewhere, appear not regularly, so maintenance personnel to observe carefully, through the analysis to find the reason, take corresponding countermeasures to solve problems, to ensure long-term reliable operation.
