When choosing grease, mainly based on bearing work environment, working temperature, load, etc. 1. Work environment mainly refers to the working environment of minimum and maximum temperature, air humidity, whether containing corrosive gas or too much dust, etc. For example, in the cold region when using outdoor, should choose the lithium base grease at low temperature; In larger humidity and moisture more occasions should choose calcium base grease; In a dry, less water, appropriate chooses sodium base grease of soluble in water. 2. Working temperature one is to use the lowest temperature of the environment, the second stage is the highest temperature in the operation of the possible. Working at high temperature, high temperature grease should choose high drop point. Actually the highest working temperature should be lower than 10 ~ 20 ℃ drop point (grease Synthetic grease should be 20 ~ 30 ℃) 。 Commonly used grease suitable temperature range to see the table below. 3. Load condition of heavy load, should choose small grease cone into the degrees. Work under high pressure, in addition to the required degree of cone into the small, also requires a high oil film strength and compression performance.
