Prior to the installation of the locking sleeve, the shaft and socket holes and the machining quality of the relevant parts (such as dimensional accuracy, shape accuracy and surface roughness) shall be checked with appropriate measuring tools as specified in the design drawing.
Shaft and hole assembly there such as bruising, burr, rust stain on the surface or solid particles (such as abrasive dust, sand, clay), not only can make the set set of difficulties and make the installation position is not correct, and solid particles such as falling into a tight inside the sleeve/grinding effect, while will wear or bruising sleeve rotates set set of working surface, so must be carefully checked before the installation, if found to have the above defects, should be revised.For example, use oil file to remove burrs, bumps, rusts, and polish with fine emery cloth, such as cleaning solid particles, dirt, etc.
The assembly surface should be cleaned with clean gasoline, kerosene, toluene or xylene and other solutions, and dried with a clean rag, and then coated with a thin layer of lubricating oil, so that the installation and operation can be more convenient.
At the moment of installation, open the package of the tight sleeve and dip it into the liquid such as gasoline and turn it gently with your hands. Make sure that the package oil on the surface of the cage, rolling body and raceway is thoroughly cleaned.
When cleaning a large number of tight sleeve, first use the temperature of 90 ~ 100℃ hot oil to make the package oil melt, at the same time with no edge and no dandruff tools to dig all the old oil, then pour hot for a few minutes, then wash the oil with kerosene, and finally clean with gasoline again.After cleaning, put on the film gloves and dry the tight cover on the clean cloth or paper on the work table.
In general, in order to ensure the normal work of the set sleeve, the following five points should be noted:
First: tight set sleeve clearance to be appropriate, too large impact, too small poor lubrication, may burn tiles.
Second: improve the lubrication quality, control the oil pressure, temperature and flow, strengthen the oil filtration.
Third: the surface quality and geometry of the locking sleeve and journal shall be strictly guaranteed.
Fourth: use fuel and lubricants in accordance with the regulations.
Fifth: the control of the diesel engine temperature state, in the case of overheating in the supercooled work is unfavorable.In cold days, the diesel engine should be preheated before starting, and the crankshaft should be turned by hand to make the oil enter the friction surface.
