Common faults (
1)
The problem of water balance.
Since all process water eventually recycle to the absorber, when equipment cooling, sealing water consumption is too large, or the limestone slurry density is too low, can cause into the absorption tower water is too large, which affects the demister flushing effect.
Methods: keep cooling, sealing water right;
Keep the limestone slurry density in the normal range.
