If a certain excitation frequency is close to the resonance frequency, resonance will occur.In addition, due to the existence of eccentric centrifugal force, bending vibration will affect the bearing life of material factors, if the speed is close to the critical value, bending resonance occurs.From peeling, indentation, rust, crack and wear will be reflected in the bearing vibration measurement, bearing vibration damage of bearing is very sensitive, so, through the use of special bearing self-aligning ball bearing vibration measuring device (such as frequency analyzer) can measure the size of the vibration, through frequency points cannot deduce the abnormal situation.Because the measured values are different due to the use conditions of bearings or sensor installation positions, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment criteria.Because the bearing even if there is slight peel damage, will also emit abnormal sound and irregular sound, so the sound detector can be distinguished, the sound detector is used to check the size and sound quality of the rolling sound of the bearing in operation, and play the role of prevention in advance.

If the oil hole can directly measure the bearing outer ring temperature, it is more appropriate.Bearing temperature, generally based on the bearing outdoor temperature can be inferred.If lubrication and installation are not appropriate, the temperature of the self-aligning ball bearing will rise sharply and abnormal high temperature will occur. At this time, it is necessary to stop running and take necessary preventive measures.Usually, the temperature of the bearing begins to rise slowly with the operation and reaches a stable state 1-2 hours later.The normal temperature of bearings varies with the heat capacity, heat loss, speed and load of the machine.When necessary, the use of heat sensor can monitor the working temperature of bearings at any time, and realize automatic alarm or stop when the temperature exceeds the specified value to prevent shaft burning accidents.
