13 m cement grinding, grinding system is mainly composed of HFCG150 -
Type 100 rolling machine and SF600/140 type scatter grading unit into.
In order to adapt to the request of the mill production continue to improve, and aims at some problems existing in the use of my company for roller press feed system made a series of improvements.
1 to improve the basic condition of the system before grinding system host device configuration are shown in table 1.
Improve former mill production stage at an average of 135 t/h, equipment operation rate 70%, power consumption of 45 KWH/t.
2 problems of 1)
Small roller machine configuration.
Rolling machine cannot reach saturation feed feed system, cause the grinding material shortage, particle size is larger, grinding machine is used when the output is low.

Weighing bin into the material is not straight, fine powder is prone to segregation and accumulation overmuch instantaneous collapse, when the rolling machine caused by vibration, dust at the scene.

The original design of the pneumatic valve can't normal use, the rods has been run by the post work manually valve control, roller press own feeding device for the manual adjustment screw type, the screw is easy to dust cannot turn, adjust volume, basic in a normally open state.

After the improvement, roller press adjust the feed rate of central control is achieved, convenience of operation, reduced the post worker labor strength.

M screen residue is reduced, grinding machine is used in production to meet the design capacity, roller press about roller seam deviation is small, smooth operation, specific indicators are shown in table 2.
