Characteristics and Application of Thin Wall Deep Groove Ball Bearings

2023-05-29

Thin-walled deep groove ball bearings are common rolling bearings. Thin-walled deep groove ball bearings are cylindrical roller bearings in which one or more rolling elements surround the central axis or form a cage with other rolling elements, and an end cover (or sleeve) is used to fix its outer diameter and thickness direction.

Thin-walled deep groove ball bearings are also called "oil-free lubricated deep groove ball bearings", which have excellent characteristics such as small friction coefficient, low vibration and noise, and no need for lubrication during operation. Thin-walled deep groove ball bearings are the key to bearing axial loads. Compared with other bearings of the same specification, this kind of bearing has small frictional resistance and high speed ratio, which is the first type of bearing when customers choose models and specifications. However, it is not suitable for bearing heavy loads, and it is not recommended to use thin-walled deep groove ball bearings in some heavy-loaded parts.

Thin-walled deep groove ball bearings are widely used in modern industries, among which the most widely used in the automotive field. Mainly used in this field

1. Suspension system, such as air spring suspension system and hydraulic suspension system.

2. Engine components (such as camshafts and valves).

3. Automobile hubs, gearboxes, drive shafts.
