The silicon nitride ceramic high temperature bearing is introduced: definition: full ceramic bearing is refers to the inner ring and outer ring, rolling body is bearing of ceramic materials.
Raw material: zirconia ceramic bearing, silicon nitride ceramic bearing, silicon carbide ceramic bearing and alumina ceramic bearing.
Accuracy: P0 ~ P5.
Size scale: minimum inner diameter 3 mm, maximum diameter of 200 mm.
Type: can produce 350 kinds, including all kinds of metric and imperial deep groove ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearing, angular touch bearings, plane bearings, outer spherical bearings.

Note: 1, ceramic materials, especially the thermal expansion coefficient of silicon nitride, silicon carbide, alumina is much smaller than the thermal expansion coefficient of steel, therefore if mismanagement, full ceramic bearings with steel shaft is probably caused by the expansion coefficient of different fracture.
2, full ceramic bearing is not suitable for accepting the occasion of heavy load and variable load.
