Main shaft bearings and gearbox bearings are the core components of wind turbines. With the current trend of large-scale wind turbines in the industry, bearings used in ultra-large wind turbines have extremely high requirements for reliability and require difficult R&D and manufacturing technologies. They have been used for a long time. Foreign monopoly has become a pain point and difficulty for the development of domestic wind power industry. The 25-megawatt wind power spindle bearings coming off the assembly line this time include 2 sets of tapered roller bearings, of which the upwind bearing has an outer diameter of 3680 mm, which is the largest single-row tapered roller spindle bearing in the wind power industry; 25-megawatt wind power gearbox bearings Including planet wheel bearings, planet carrier bearings, and high-speed bearings, there are a total of 7 models and 44 sets of bearings. The bearing accuracy reaches P5 level, and some reaches P4 level.
During the research and development process, this series of products applied the independent innovative forward design, precision manufacturing, surface strengthening and online intelligent monitoring technologies of Shaftyan Technology, which effectively enhanced the reliability and stability of the bearings and further realized the core zero-emission status of my country's wind power. Components are autonomously controllable and the industrial chain is secure.
