1 bearing ring and rolling body made of GCr15, GCr15SiMn bearing steel, concrete should conform to the requirements of the drawings.
Its quality requirements should satisfy the standard of GB/T18254.
2 bearing ring and rolling body heat treatment standard according to standard JB/T1255 execution.
The uniformity of the same parts hardness should be within 1 HRC.
3 bearing ring martensite after quenching tempering microstructure by aphanitic, tiny crystalline martensite, uniform distribution of tiny residual carbides, a small amount of residual austenite and a small amount of troostite composition, the microstructure after quenching tempering requirements shall comply with JB/T1255 regulations.
4 P5 level and above bearing ring parts, must be approved by processing size stability.
