The world's first ceramic bearing came out in 1984 Reliable, anti - corrosion, suitable for all kinds of solutions

came up with the concept of engineering ceramics for rolling bodies in order to develop bearings with high strength and no rust.

At first, we tried to use alumina as the basic material, but eventually gave up because we couldn't solve the fatigue problem.

Then, inspired by a report from NASA, we began to work on techniques for manufacturing silicon nitride porcelain using hot pressing machines.

Together with company T, we implemented a development plan, repeated trial and error process, and finally designed bearings with high strength, corrosion resistance and other properties.

The advent of ceramic bearings means that there is now a type of bearing that can be used in special circumstances, such as immersion in seawater or solution, which will help extend the life and performance of the machinery fitted with such bearings.

However, at that time, metal was the main bearing material, and many customers still worried that the ceramics were easy to break.

To ease customers' concerns,  boldly held a show where customers hit ceramic ball bearings with a hammer.

Demonstrations on site proved that the concrete block beneath the ball was broken while the ball was intact, gradually improving the customer's trust in the ceramics.
