First of all, it is important to keep the FAG bearing lubrication and clean.
So when we inspect the bearing before, should first clean the surface of FAG bearing, and then remove the perimeter of the bearing parts.
Note, oil seal is very fragile parts, when check and disassembling so need to be careful, don't be too much work, in order to avoid causes the damage of parts.
And careful check of the bearing oil seal and its surrounding parts, if has presented the adverse symptoms, must replace, bad oil seal will cause the damage of the K bearing, the bearing cloud caused by abnormal equipment downtime.
