If bearing with iron filings, burr, dust and other foreign matter to enter, will make the spherical bearing noise and vibration during operation, and even damage raceway and rolling body.
So, before the installation of bearings, must ensure that the installation surface and the environment clean.
Bearing installed after, if not done carefully alignment, alignment could lead to a spherical sliding bearing under other load, friction, and vibration.
The use of these may accelerate fatigue and reduce the bearing life, and it might damage the other machine parts service life.
In addition, the increase of vibration and friction could significantly increase the risk of energy consumption and premature failure.

Spherical bearing installation should be clean, clean room, bearing should be carefully selected, bearing with baffle passes through grinding, and in keeping the baffle on inner and outer contour under the premise of baffle parallelism should be controlled below 1 um.

Spherical bearing should be cleaned before installed and when cleaning inner ring ramp up, flexible hand induction, no stagnation, air-dried, into the specified amount oil, if oil mist lubricating oil should be in a small amount of oil mist;

Bearing installation should use specialized tools, force uniform, do not knock;
4.
Spherical bearing deposit should be clean and ventilated, non-corrosive gas, relative humidity is not more than 65%, long-term storage should be rust on a regular basis.
