Should clean up before disassembly site, ready to tools, and the joint line, cover and shell, bearing cover and end cover on the tag, to avoid mistake when assembly.
Remove the motor general steps are as follows: 1, unloaded belt or release coupling connection pin;
2, remove the mains wiring and grounding terminal box;
3, remove pulley or coupling;
4, unload foot nut and washer;
5, remove front bearing cover;
6, unload before end cover;
7, lee leaves cover;
8, unload the wind leaf;
After 9, remove the bearing cover;
After 10, unload the end cover;
11, take out the rotor.
