According to the national standard, F class insulation B class examination, motor temperature rise control in 80K (resistance method), 90K (component method).Considering that the ambient temperature is 40℃, the maximum operating temperature of the motor cannot exceed 120/130℃.The maximum bearing temperature is 95 degrees.Use the infrared detection gun to measure the temperature of the outdoor surface of the bearing. Experience shows that the highest point temperature of the 4-pole motor cannot exceed 70℃.For the motor body, no monitoring.After the motor is manufactured, in general, its temperature rise is basically fixed, and will not mutate or increase with the motor running.And bearings are wearing parts, need to be tested.
