Material:
Standard bearing's material is chrome steel (GCr15). It is also called bearing steel. The material can become oxidized and rust after prolonged exposure to humid air, so we filled them with oil or grease to prevend rusting.

Stainless steel bearing material. We usually use 440 stainless steel to produce the bearing. It has stronger rust and corrosion resistance, so generally do not need to add lubricating oil or lubricant. Relative to bearing steel, stainless steel quality is better, the price is more expensive.

To reduce the cost and avoide rusting, buyers can also choose the cheap carbon steel material and zinc coated on bearing surface.

The best fit is the best, not the most expensive.And it mainly depends on where the bearing will be used and buyer's requirement.

Lubrication:

The vibration and noise of bearing are classified in four classes, Z1 Z2 Z3 Z4. It is measured by the instrument of S0910-1. Forspecial requirement, it is meassured by BVT-1 and classifited as V1 V2 and V3. Different vibration and noise requirement should be mentioned in advance.
