Double row angular contact ball bearing
The 5210 50 mm Ball Bearing Inner Dimension 50mm X Outer Dimension 90mm X Width 30.1mm is an open style ball bearing designed for high rotational speeds and high dynamic loads.
The tiltability between the inner and outer rings of double row angular contact ball bearings is limited. The allowable tilt angle depends on the internal clearance of the bearing, the bearing size, the internal design, and the forces and moments acting on the bearing. The maximum allowable tilt angle should ensure No excessive additional stress will be generated in the bearing.
If there is an inclination angle between the inner and outer rings of the bearing, the service life of the bearing will be affected, and the operating accuracy of the bearing will decrease and the operating noise will increase. Double row angular contact ball bearings generally use nylon cages or brass solid cages. When installing double row angular contact ball bearings, attention should be paid to the fact that although the bearings can withstand bidirectional axial loads, if there is a gap for ball installation on one side, care should be taken not to allow the main axial load to pass through the groove on the side with the gap. When using the bearing, care should be taken to ensure that the raceway on the side without the ball filling gap bears the main load [1].

Angular contact ball bearings can bear both radial and axial loads. Can work at higher speeds. The larger the contact angle, the higher the axial load capacity. Because the raceways of the inner and outer rings can have relative displacement on the horizontal axis, they can bear radial loads and axial loads at the same time - a combined load (single row angular contact ball bearings can only bear axial loads in one direction, so they are generally Installed in pairs). High-precision and high-speed bearings typically have a contact angle of 15 degrees. Under the action of axial force, the contact angle will increase. Single row angular contact ball bearings can only bear axial load in one direction. When bearing radial load, additional axial force will be caused. And it can only limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction. If they are installed in pairs, make the outer rings of the pair of bearings face each other, that is, the wide end faces the wide end, and the narrow end faces the narrow end. This avoids causing additional axial forces and limits the axial play of the shaft or housing in both directions.
