Material properties:
The self-lubricating composite sliding material is a bearing material with the sintered wear resistance layer as the sliding surface and the metal back. The sintered layer is a special bronze alloy with uniformly dispersed sloid lubricants such as the graphite,PTFE,Mos2. When the relative movement of the working surface occurs,a continous lubricating film will be rapidly generated to protect the contacting surfaces from wearing and friction.
