The measured values vary depending on the operating conditions of the bearing or the installation position of the sensor. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment criteria.
2. Bearing temperature:
The temperature of the bearing can generally be estimated from the temperature outside the bearing chamber. It would be more appropriate if the oil hole can be used to directly measure the temperature of the bearing outer ring.
Usually, the temperature of a four-row cylindrical roller bearing begins to rise slowly as the bearing operates, and reaches a stable state after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of bearings varies depending on the machine's heat capacity, heat dissipation, rotation speed and load. If the lubrication and mounting parts are appropriate, the bearing temperature will rise sharply and abnormally high temperatures will occur. At this time, the operation must be stopped and necessary preventive measures must be taken.
Thermal sensors can be used to monitor the operating temperature of the bearing at any time, and automatically alarm or stop when the temperature exceeds the specified value to prevent shaft burning accidents.
The fault characteristics of four-row cylindrical roller bearings show severe faults no more than one week old, the equipment has larger capacity and faster speed, and its shorter time interval. Therefore, in actual bearing fault diagnosis, once a fault is discovered, its advanced functions should decisively determine the spherical roller bearing fault and repair it as soon as possible.
1. Selection and control of tolerances of shaft and bearing chamber: after the bearing is pressed into the bearing, it should rotate flexibly without any sense of hindrance. If there is obvious rotational inflexibility, it means that the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance needs to be reduced.
2. Bearing assembly method: Because the bearing is a high-precision product, improper assembly can easily cause damage to the four-row cylindrical roller bearing groove, resulting in bearing damage.
3. Prevention of foreign matter during assembly: When the four-row cylindrical roller bearing is installed on the rotor for dynamic balancing, it is easy for the iron filings generated during dynamic balancing to enter the inside of the bearing, so it is best to perform dynamic balancing before installing the bearing.
4. Prevention of paint rust: The characteristic of paint rust is that it mostly occurs in sealed motors. The sound of the motor is very good when it is assembled, but after being placed in the warehouse for some time, the abnormal noise of the motor becomes louder and the bearings are removed. Severe rust.
