Abstract 】
: this paper introduces a new intelligent measuring device, using cylinder measuring force, through the electric contact pressure gauge with cylinder connecting numerical display top force, connected to the intelligent memory again, realized the heavy horizontal lathe tailstock and measuring the function of the intelligent reading.

Design description: the upper sleeve is installed in the tailstock, spindle structure is placed in the front of sleeve, sleeve load cylinder sleeve and mobile mechanism is installed in the back of my sleeve, sleeve clamp, relaxation mechanism in the upper sleeve, the spindle structure is placed in the front of sleeve, sleeve top after hydraulic force measuring device in a sleeve, sleeve mobile mechanism is installed in the back of my sleeve, sleeve clamp, relaxation mechanism in the upper sleeve, tailstock clamping, relaxation mechanism in the tailstock on both sides of the lower part of the body, the tailstock mobile mechanism is installed at the bottom of the tailstock body, suitable for heavy and super-heavy horizontal lathe is used.

The working principle of explanation.
