Scrape off the bearing, shaft and hub cavity old fat, smooth clean with cleaner dry, high temperature bearing and shaft neck and cloth cloth rub-up wheel hub inner chamber finally.

Check the high temperature bearing and the bearing race, found a crack, fatigue spalling and bearing roller lax wait for a phenomenon, should change IKO bearings.
If found a pit on the bearing race, also should change the bearing.

Check bearing inside diameter and journal cooperation condition, fit clearance should not be greater than zero.

Outside the hub and return to the journal bearing is installed, adjust the shaft head nut screw on with the hand, and then use according to the rules of the torsion shaft head wrench and tighten the adjusting nut.
After tighten nut, should turn right or left wheel hub, see the bearing assembly condition;
On the other hand, after turn the bearing and the seat right to cooperate.
IKO bearing proper tightness, the wheel at home and don't feel the axial clearance.
