Q:What should i do if i don’t see the type of bearings i need?

A:We have too many bearing series numbers.Just send us the inquiry and we will send you the bearing details.

Q:What is the delivery terms ?

A:In general,we send the shipment in FOB term.However,the terms of CIF and C&F are acceptable which depends on the preference of clients.

Q:Do you have warranty?

A:Sure,we provide quality assurance,and support you with after-sales service.

Q:Willyouchecktheseproductsbeforeshipment?

A:Yes, before shipment, the products will be strictly inspected by our factory QC Process System.We have a professional QC team.

Q:What’s the MOQ?

A:Our products have no MOQ.

Q:When inspecting bearings,what should we need to consider?

A:The precision of the bearings (dimension tolerance,loading rate), internal clearance and hardness under heat treatment,structure of cage and material.

Q:What kinds of bearing you supply?

A:Thrust Ball Bearing,Spherical Thrust Roller Bearing,Cylindrical Roller Bearing,Tapered Roller Bearing,Linear bearings,Needle Bearing,Angular Contact Ball Bearing,Deep Groove Ball Bearing,Spherical Roller Bearing,Mounted Spherical Bearing,etc.

Q:What is your terms of payment?

A:The payment method is FOB QINGDAO 30%T/T deposit, 50%T/T after the inspection, the balance T/T against copy of BL.

Q:What is your shipping way?

A:We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.By sea,by air or by express,etc.

Q:What about your package of the goods?

A:Single plastic bag and then in single box,and then carton or wooden case,at last packing in pallet. It depends on your requirement.

Q:Could you accept OEM and customized?

A:Yes,we can customize according the drawing or sample.

Q:Do you provide sample?it is free or extra?

A:Yes,we can provide you the sample for double price. If you place orders after you receive the sample, we will refund you in the final invoice.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A:Generally it is 10-15 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 30-45 days if the goods are not in stock. It is according to the order quantity,too.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A:We are factory.
