That small taper roller bearing not only bear a large axial force, and bear part of the tangential force and radial force impact, this is bound to reduce before and after the service life of the gear reducer.
Maintenance personnel if neglected the difference between front and rear axles of main reducer, maintenance, replacement of the main reducer assembly or the main, driven bevel gear pair, will be before and after the wrong drive axle of the main reducer.
So although after assembly loader can drive, but will make greatly shorten the service life of main reducer.

Main reducer ratio should be consistent when the drive axle repair, need to change the new main reducer assembly, or the main, driven bevel gear, if the new main reducer and driven bevel gear teeth and gear teeth old not equal, will cause before and after reducer ratio is different, lead to damage of main reducer gear.
Loader between front and rear axles through before and after the shaft connected to the transmission.
No differential mechanism between before and after the shaft, as a rigid connection.
If before and after reducer ratio is different, the length of the front and rear axle tire rolled is not the same.
Before and after the shaft is rigid connection, when the loader driving if produce drag lag between front and rear tires, will cause the loader driving resistance increase, little gas can't drive, can't work normally.
Maintenance personnel in the maintenance of main reduction, not only pay attention to the helical bevel gear, note also that the number of teeth on the tooth, in order to make sure the drive axle ratio before and after.

Wheel reducer assembly mark should aim at into work ZL20, ZL30 wheel loader and reducer ratio is larger, round edge of the planetary gear speed reducer adopts duplex structure, namely the outer planets and outer gear ring gear meshing, the inside of the asteroid gear and ring gear meshing.
Repair if there is no according to the symbols on gear and internal gear ring for assembly, assembly is bound to increase the difficulty, even can't assembly.
Also can produce even assembly, loader driving trembling, drag hysteresis phenomenon.
The correct assembly method is: will assemble the duplex planetary gear ring gear inward, when installation should pay attention to three dual planetary gear of big gear mark out, at the same time, only the big gear tooth alignment of the sun gear addendum, will double in the circle of pinion load internal tooth planetary gear.
As workers loader wheel reducer assembly marking as shown in figure 2.
Only in this way can we guarantee the sun gear assembly, and three dual planetary gear meshing correctly, to ensure that loader riding without trembling, drag hysteresis phenomenon.
