When installing, do not directly hammer the bearing end face and non-stressed surface. Use pressing block, sleeve or other installation tools to make the bearing bear uniform force. Do not install by power transmission of rolling body.If the mounting surface is coated with lubricating oil, the installation will be smoother.If the interference is large, the bearing should be installed as soon as possible after being heated to 80~90℃ in mineral oil, and the oil temperature should be strictly controlled not to exceed 100℃ to prevent the hardness reduction of tempering effect and the impact of size recovery.In the disassembly of difficulties, it is recommended that you use the disassembly tool to pull out while carefully pouring hot oil on the inner ring, the heat will make the inner ring of the bearing expand, so that it is easier to fall off.

Not all bearings require minimum working clearance, you must choose the appropriate clearance according to the conditions.In the national standard 4604-93, the radial clearance of rolling bearings is divided into five groups: group 2, group 0, group 3, group 4 and group 5, and the clearance value is from small to large, among which group 0 is the standard clearance.The basic radial clearance group is suitable for general operating conditions, conventional temperature and commonly used interference fit.Large radial clearance should be selected for bearings working under special conditions such as high temperature, high speed, low noise and low friction.Small radial clearance should be selected for bearings of precision spindle and machine tool spindle.A small amount of working clearance can be maintained for roller bearings.In addition, there is no clearance for separate type bearings;Finally, the working clearance of the bearing after installation should be smaller than the original clearance before installation, because the bearing has to bear a certain load rotation, and the elastic deformation caused by the bearing matching and load.

In view of the problem of sealing defects of bearing with inlaid seal, there are two steps that need to be strictly carried out in the process of adjustment.

1. The mounting structure of the inlaid sealed bearing is changed to both sides of the bearing. It is adjusted from the installation structure of the equipment bearing, without direct contact with the bearing, and the bearing is dustproof treated from the outside of the bearing.The sealing effect of this structure is higher than that of the bearing agent sold by the bearing itself, which directly blocks the invasion path of granular substances and ensures the internal cleaning of the bearing.This structure improves the heat dissipation space of the bearing and has less damage to the anti-fatigue performance of the bearing.

2. Although the sealing effect of the external sealing method of the bearing is good, the heat dissipation path is also blocked, so it is necessary to install the cooling parts.The cooling device can reduce the operating temperature of the lubricant, and the high temperature operation of the bearing can be avoided through natural heat dissipation after cooling.
