The noise of bearings will not only affect the quality of use, but also bring a lot of trouble to mechanical equipment. Under normal circumstances, during the use of the bearing, there will be some noise to some extent, and the intrusion of foreign substances will directly cause a certain amount of noise during the operation of the bearing, or improper lubrication, improper installation, etc. will cause the bearing to emit various noises. Which bearings have less noise in use?

Compared with the use of bearings, China Bearing Network conducts the following analysis of bearing noise:

1. The noise of ball bearings is lower than that of roller bearings, and the (friction) noise of bearings with relatively less sliding is lower than that of bearings with relatively more sliding; the number of balls is large, the outer ring is thicker, and the noise is smaller;

2. The noise of bearings using solid cages is relatively lower than that of bearings using stamped cages;

3. The noise of bearings using plastic cages is lower than that of bearings using the above two cages;

4. Bearings with high precision, especially bearings with higher precision rolling elements, have relatively less noise than low-precision bearings;

5. The noise of small bearings is relatively smaller than that of large bearings.

Warm reminder from China Bearing Network: The damage of the vibration bearing can be said to be quite sensitive, and peeling, indentation, rust, cracks, wear, etc. will be reflected in the bearing vibration measurement. Therefore, the size of the vibration can be measured by using a special bearing vibration measuring device (frequency analyzer, etc.), and the specific situation of the abnormality cannot be deduced through the frequency division. The measured value differs depending on the service conditions of the bearing or the installation position of the sensor, etc., so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured value of each machine in advance to determine the judgment standard.
