Our array of flanged cup tapered roller bearings are similar to the plain cup, also consisting of a single row of bearings but designed for easy and accurate installation onto the housing.

We also stock a range of integral spring carrier cup type taper roller bearings. These are also single row bearings but have an extended outer ring containing a number of springs. The outer ring is left to slide independently in the housing; as a result, the force from the springs constantly maintains a bearing system pre-load. This is particularly useful for temperature-variable conditions, with the springs counteracting thermal expansion of the housing.

In addition to the variety of single row tapered roller bearings, we offer double row bearings. Our double row tapered bearing solutions provide almost double the load capacity of single row options and are therefore perfect for use in applications with heavy loads. We stock these in plain cup and flanged cup variants. The flanged cup is designed with an extended ridge to enable easy installation directly into the housing.
