And reducer casing of two bearing supported hole machining will be involved in processing, in the machining process of the factory, we will coordinate boring machine is used to carry on the processing, however, limited by practical conditions, we don't have a high-precision processing box production training workshop hole jig boring machine, how to make use of our existing production workshop condition, the casing of gear reducer processing, we use professional theory knowledge, we have combined workshop of the existing equipment, design and work out a set of boring and die, installed on the CA6140 lathe slip board, using the model of reducer casing boring process, first of all, on the box body, two parts, the processing before, on, under the two part of the body, according to the plan of processing line, on the milling machine processing out of the box body, the two parts assembly under the combination of face and body part of the bottom, ensure that the bottom and combined with the parallel degree and dimension precision, work out the right side of the lower casing of gear reducer housing location datum, ensure the locating surface and reducer right support hole horizontal dimension precision, and then put the box body fluctuation two parts together, out of a set of holes, the box body with bolts and nuts of fluctuation two parts join together, as shown in figure 1. Then we design a set of boring and boring bar, two boring die hole center distance is 70 + _0. 02, the boring mold installation on CA6140 lathe carrige, boring and die hole at the center of the contour with center of CA6140 lathe spindle, and with the installation to the CA6140 lathe slip plate locating datum in the cabinet of two bearings hole contour machining, on the locating datum location slip locating surface 5 and boring die hole on the right side of the centerline of the horizontal distance to the right side of the box body of locating surface and reducer right support hole horizontal dimension precision, two die boring boring bar guide sleeve made of wear-resistant copper alloy top processing into a groove, for easy installation by the boring cutter on the boring bar, two die boring boring bar and guide sleeve hole boring bar with high precision of clearance fit, as shown in figure 2. 之后,我们把用螺栓联接成一体的减速器箱体安装到CA6140车床的溜板的定位基准面上,减速器箱体的右侧定位基准面与CA6140车床的溜板的定位基准面上定位块5的定位面贴合,保证进入右侧镗模孔的镗杆中心线与加工的减速器箱体右侧的轴承支撑孔中心线重合,完成减速器箱体的定位之后,用螺栓和压板把减速器箱体进行夹紧,镗杆进入到减速器箱体和镗模的两个镗模孔,镗杆上的镗刀从镗模孔上的沟槽通过,镗刀停留在减速器的左侧,如图3所示,镗杆与CA6140车床的主轴采用浮动的联轴器进行联接,开动CA6140车床,镗杆上的镗刀3在车床主轴的带动下,作旋转主运动,减速器箱体在车床的溜板的带动下作纵向水平向左方向的进给运动,加工出减速器箱体的一组两个轴承支撑孔,然后使镗刀杆停止转动,镗刀处于镗刀杆的上方,卸下浮动的联轴器,使车床的主轴与镗刀杆脱离开,转动溜板箱的横向进给手柄,使减速器箱体作横向移动,移动的距离为箱体的两个轴承支撑孔的中心距,然后用浮动的联轴器联接主轴和另一个镗刀杆,来完成减速器箱体的另一组两个轴承支撑孔的加工,完成加工后,松开夹紧装置,使减速器箱体抬高一点,以使镗刀杆退出减速器箱体和两个镗模的两个导向孔时,避免镗刀划伤已经加工好的加工面,取出两个镗刀杆,完成对减速器箱体两个轴承支撑孔的加工,从车床的溜板上取下减速器箱体,钻,铰出两个定位孔,装入两个定位销。 With a boring mode and boring bar processing reducer box two bearing support hole, boring bar and CA6140 lathe spindle adopt floating shaft coupling, the movement precision of CA6140 lathe spindle will not affect the precision of the movement of the boring bar, reducer box two bearing support by boring hole center distance precision mould and to ensure that the boring bar with precision, bearing support the size of the hole by boring cutter adjusted to ensure precision, achieve the goal of economic and reasonable.
