A, production problems that exist in the analysis (
1)
Due to contain a certain amount of limestone soil and part of the binder on the trough plate;
Load trough plate thickness 12 mm, weight is bigger, the trough plate caused by return of load to a certain extent, the idler roller body wear faster.

Load groove edge flap only 18 mm, the thickness of the return period of load by powerful interface formed by small pressure, roller roller body under the accelerated wear and tear.

4)
