Combined needle roller bearings are bearing units that are composed of radial needle roller bearings and thrust bearings or angular contact ball bearing components. They have a compact structure, small size, and high rotation accuracy. They can withstand high radial loads and a certain axial load at the same time. . Moreover, the product structure is diverse, adaptable and easy to install.

    Widely used in machine tools, metallurgical machinery, textile machinery and printing machinery.

    Combined needle roller bearings are used where the matching shaft is designed as a bearing raceway, which has certain requirements on the hardness of the bearing; or it can be equipped with the company's special IR standard inner ring for inlay processing, which has no requirements on the shaft hardness, and its structure will be more compact.

    It is widely used in various mechanical equipment such as machine tools, metallurgical machinery, textile machinery and printing machinery, and can make the mechanical system design more compact and smart.

  structure type 

This type of bearing has a radial needle roller and a thrust full complement ball, or a thrust ball, or a thrust cylindrical roller, or a combination of an angular contact ball, and can withstand one-way or two-way axial loads. It can also be designed according to the user's special structural requirements.

Product accuracy

Dimensional tolerance and geometric accuracy are in accordance with JB/T8877.

    The diameter difference between needle rollers is 2 μm, and the accuracy grade is G2 (national standard GB309).

    The diameter of the inscribed circle before assembly of bearings without inner rings complies with tolerance class F6.

    The bearing radial clearance complies with the Group 0 specified value of GB/T4604.

    The special accuracy grade is in accordance with GB/T307.1.

  Material 

The needle roller material is GCr15 bearing steel, hardened HRC60-65.

    The material of the inner and outer rings is GCr15 bearing steel, hardened HRC61-65.

    The cage material is high-quality mild steel or reinforced nylon.

Special Instructions 

The axial load of NKIA and NKIB series bearings shall not exceed 25% of the radial load.

    Supports used for alternating axial loads must be installed opposite each other.

    Thrust bearing components must be preloaded to 1% of the basic axial static load rating.

    When using a plastic cage (suffix TN), continuous operation must not exceed the operating temperature +120°C.

    Thrust bearing components should move freely in the bearing housing.
