CNC machine tool spindle trying to identify the reason how to deal with a problem?

On the machine tool with the commencement or tool rotation axis, we call the airport the spindle.

Ac contactor, dc relay can damage;
Check thermal relay can flow;
Check insurance tube can be burned, etc.

6 if is local circuit or high voltage control components presented is damaged, then we can check the spindle power supply this line can contact cohesion, line ever open circuit, dc relay whether is damaged, insurance tube can burn out conditions related to 7 if not adjusted the inverter parameters, that are within our converter contains a variety of control mode selection, divide into inverter panel control spindle way, way of NC system to control the main shaft, if not choose NC system control mode, then we can't use system control spindle, fix the parameters;
Check the relevant parameter Settings can be reasonable.
3, do not bring the spindle speed of inverter is not controlled (1) if no S01 - system
S04 control signal output, then we can pass inspection system for gear shift control signal output to judging whether there is a problem.
If no, for the system problem, initiative to change IC or returned to the factory maintenance;
(2) if is something connecting lines, and the system has a shift control signal output, then we need to check the connection lines can exist cut-off or poor contact, can check dc relay or contactor is damaged;
(3) if the spindle motor damage or short circuit, we check the spindle motor can be directly;
(4) if not shift is due to the machine, hang up the gears can be directly.
4, the spindle brake (1) if the damage is due to abnormal braking circuit or high voltage components, we need to check bridge pile, fuse, ac contactor whether there is a problem, check can exist high voltage circuit breaker status at the same time;
If (2) as a result of the braking time is not long enough, it only needs to adjust system or the inverter braking time parameter;
(3) if the system is no braking signal output, we need to stop changing internal components or directly returned to the factory maintenance;
(4) if the inverter control parameter is not set, we will consult the inverter are used to clarify, inverter parameter set correctly.
5, spindle starting immediately stop after (1) if is due to the system output pulse time is not enough, the adjusting system of M code output time;
(2) if is because the frequency converter in dynamic state, we can refer to the use of frequency converter to illuminate the book, set up parameters;
(3) if is because of the control of the main circuit components damaged, then we check all the electricity demand all touch the contacts on the road can be good, check the dc relay contactor can damage, forming contact self-locking;
(4) if the spindle motor short circuit so as to form a thermal relay maintenance, we need to find a short-circuit reasons, to reset the thermal relay;
(5) if the spindle control circuit without self-locking circuit, and the parameter is set to the pulse signal output, make the spindle will not operate properly, we only need to control the spindle system to control parameters instead of level control mode.
6, the spindle rotation if cannot be suspended as a result of the ac contactor or dc relay is damaged, and off for a long time, can't control.
Are we only need to change ac contactor or dc relay.
