1)

After tests found that both the motor ring and burning.

Click on the variable motor end cover to check whether variable motor bearing damage.
After open the variable motor has no obvious damage.
Installed end cover, ready to dismantle quantitative motor.
Note: the rotating oil to wipe clean, or affect the judgment.
Judge to remove gloves to judge with the hand, in the process of judgment to prevent high temperature burns.

Disassembly process crowbar to hang in the drill on the shelf and fixed.
Hang to fit the gourd, hand gourd on the other side on the quantitative motor.
Dismantle quantitative motor fixed screw and put away.
Hoist the quantitative motor rises by hand.

To determine the quantitative motor damage.
Demolition of rubber hose, the quantitative and repair the motors.
Note: crowbar on the drill stand to tighten, prevent fall with a crowbar.
Quantitative motor are heavier, in the process of dismantling the attention should be paid to prevent knock against damage to the motor, also pay attention to prevent injuries.
Demolished hose homework personnel should determine their position in the process of stability, there would be no falling down or dangerous.

Before installation process quantitative motor with magnetic adsorption residual iron and iron filings.
After cleaned up, for quantitative motor and the rotating shaft, embedded quantitative motor rotator, installation of fastening screws and hose.
Replace the rotator in oil.
Clean up the oil test observation rotator presence of oil leakage.
After the commissioning of troubleshooting.
Note: must use magnetic adsorption residual iron rods, otherwise may make quantitative motor secondary damage.
