Oil leakage problem with the development of wind power, more and more gensets adopt centralized lubrication system pressure type, the system has simple structure, high degree of automation, can effectively solve the problem of wind turbine rotating parts of lubrication, the system structure is shown in figure 1.
Figure 1 centralized lubrication system structure but at present most of wind turbines is analyzed. studying yaw, bearing lubrication oil leak, only a small amount of waste oil from design piping to set clear, most of the waste oil flowing from is analyzed. studying yaw bearing seals, bearing seal structure appearance.
Near the flight reservation observation is not hard to find a lot of fan blades, tower drum, a direct-drive generator surface is covered with a layer of black oil, the fan base around the ground can also find overflow clumps of waste oils.
The harm of oil spill the overflow oil discharge means has the following hazards: (

Destroy the bearing internal sealing.
Damage air and water into the bearing internal sealing ring will affect the service life of bearing.

After sealing ring damage cause bearing internal pressure, thus bearing internal will not uniform and smooth, some parts even without lubrication, seriously affect the bearing life and safe and stable operation of the wind turbines.

3)
If the waste oil from the bearing inner ring overflow influence on the performance of the unit fire, dirty slide face is unfavorable to operations staff.

4)
Such as direct driving unit, grease covering the appearance of the generator will influence on the performance of the generator external heat steel radiator.
(
5)
Affect the normal unit appearance, the unit from the tip to the Kentucky are all white.
(
6)
Is not conducive to environmental protection, waste oil spill over into units, to a certain extent, will affect the ecological environment around the unit.
Leakage reason analysis diagram in figure 3, figure 2 and figure 3 2 field practical experience, summarizes the oil leakage reasons are as follows: (

Oil pump fatliquoring stress.

Bearing seal compressive strength is not enough, under pressure is less than the waste oil discharge pressure.
(
3)
Waste oil discharge channel is not smooth.
(
4)
Set clear inside the piston resistance is too large.
(
5)
Bearing structure design is not reasonable cause oil leakage.
(
6)
Residual air in the oil pipeline is not all, cause local stress, broken seal.
Waste oil spill over into units, to a certain extent, will affect the ecological environment around the unit.
How to improve on the above reasons, item by item, make improvements: (
1)
Selection of appropriate lubrication system, which is the choice of oil pump and oil.
Fat at the most of the oil pump pressure should not be the biggest pressure is greater than the seal to withstand, grease consistency issues is too thick will be fatliquoring pressure increase, and lead to uneven fatliquoring, too thin, oil, grease separation fast easy leakage and lubrication effect is not ideal.

Improve the bearing manufacturing process.
Especially the manufacturing technology of sealing ring, with good low temperature resistance, high temperature resistant, wear resistant and corrosion resistant performance.
Improve installation smoothness on the surface of the bearing seals, bearing belongs to the rotating parts, and because of the particularity of wind turbines, bearings basic is in a state of shock, if the bearing surface is not smooth, will greatly increase the wear of sealing ring.

Prior to improve the quality of installation, normal operation of all lubrication system of internal air.

Reduce the set of oil resistance.
Set oil applied at present, there are two, one is a clear hole is set, the waste lipid discharge without resistance.
Another for piston set oil, waste lipid discharge needs to overcome the resistance of the piston and the bottle wall, and the piston due process, quality problem is very easy to get stuck, lead to the waste lipid unable or difficult to discharge, therefore for piston set clear should push the piston to the bottom of the bottle.

Improve the current mainstream bearing structure.
Due to wind power bearing large volume, less exercise, slow speed and total is in shock, so should be different from the conventional high-speed bearing.
Conclusion in this paper, the wind turbine yaw, variable propeller bearing oil leakage problem, from the process, structure of lubrication system has carried on the brief explanation, but also puts forward some solutions, to play a guiding role in the course of practice.
Practice proved that the scene to reduce oil bottle pressure even sets clear for negative pressure, adding grease pump overflow valve and other methods can effectively solve the problem of seal leakage fat.
