Swing inspection: For small cars, when inspecting wheel hub bearings, you can grip the upper and lower sides of the tire with both hands and pull the tire back and forth. If there is no obvious looseness or blockage, then the wheel hub bearing may be normal. However, if there is a noticeable feeling of looseness when swaying, it is necessary to dismantle and inspect the wheel hub

Brake device inspection: When inspecting the wheel hub bearings, it is also necessary to inspect the brake device of the wheel. If oil stains are found on the inside of the tire, it may be caused by oil leakage from the brake cylinder or brake oil pipe. This requires timely investigation of the cause and repair to ensure the normal operation of the braking system. ‌

Using a dial gauge to measure the clearance between wheel hub bearings: Another method is to remove the front wheel, separate the front flexible hose, remove the front brake disc, and place the dial gauge against the side of the front axle wheel hub assembly for inspection. If the gap checked exceeds 0.05mm, the wheel hub bearing 5 must be replaced. ‌
