Installation precautions

Do not directly remove the nut from the screw shaft (which may cause the ball to scatter). If disassembly is required, an auxiliary shaft should be used for assistance;

During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the parallelism between the screw axis and the matching guide rail is ≤ 0.05mm to avoid radial force/bending moment damage to the screw.

Lubrication maintenance

Prioritize using lithium based grease (such as model G3) or spindle oil; Lubricating grease: replenish every 300-600 working hours; Oil lubrication: Add oil once before each shift.

Protection requirements

Protective covers (such as expansion sleeves) need to be installed to prevent dust/chips from entering the raceway;

It is recommended to control the working temperature between -20 ℃ and+80 ℃ to avoid component deformation caused by high temperature.
